Carrie Paxson

My name is Carrie Paxson, and I am an IT Consultant, writer and an entrepreneur at heart.   I love being a connector for people and have recently told my mom that my highest personal expense is purchasing the products and services of friends, friends of friends, and local entrepreneurs.    So this blog is very much about the world around me, which mostly consists of other amazing people.

This blog is my playground.  I use this space to share random things such as:

  • Share events of friends and associates of mine that are trying to fill seats, either free or paid
  • Job postings in Calgary, that may be of interest to people in my network (or are promoting listings for recruiters that are also in my network.  , links and job postings in Calgary
  • To create one place that includes my personal life, my business life and the things my friends care about 🙂
  • To share links to businesses that I have a relationship with both professionally and personally — that I endorse

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you enjoy your time here!

Carrie 🙂

    Dear Carrie,

Thank you so much for the kind review of The Millionaire Mind that you published at https://cpaxson.wordpress.com/2009/08/04/book-review-millionaire-mind/.

I am working with Dr. Stanley and his team to help his fans and readers find their way to his new blog and website that was launched this summer.

I would like to ask, would please provide a link in your review? For your convenience, I have provided a code snippet below.

In addition, I would like to mention that Dr. Stanley has just published a new book: Stop Acting Rich: And Start Living Like a Real Millionaire. I hope you will enjoy it as much as you enjoyed The Millionaire Mind.

    Kindest Regards,

    Hi Carrie,

I came across a few articles you’d written about AIH…I’m 31 and diagnosed with AIH since I was about 12 and have been on prednisone ever since. As of late, I have had a horrible time finding life insurance!! Its so unbelievable given the fact that I look and feel like anyone else and most days i forget that I even have this (aside from my one pill I take everyday!). It’s a shame that I am in much better health than others who can get approved everyday. So frustrating! I was looking to connect with others and wondered if they’ve had the same issues.
